1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Copy-Paste.xyz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to deny service to any user who violates these rules.

2. Description of Service

Copy-Paste.xyz provides tools to store and share text and code snippets ("Pastes"). The Service is provided "as is." The Administration assumes no responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, or unauthorized access to any user content.

3. Prohibited Content & Abuse Policy

You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to share content that:

  1. Contains malware, viruses, or phishing links.
  2. Contains private personal information (Doxing), including passwords, credit card data, or private addresses.
  3. Promotes illegal activities, terrorism, or violence.
  4. Contains child exploitation material or non-consensual sexual content (zero-tolerance policy).
  5. Infringes on any copyrights or trademarks.
  6. Is used for spamming or automated bot traffic.
Note: We reserve the right to remove any Paste at our sole discretion, without warning, if it is deemed harmful to the Service or its users.

4. Privacy & Password-Protected Pastes

To protect the integrity of the platform, the following applies to all "Private" or "Password-Protected" content:

  1. Administrative Access: Password protection is a tool for user privacy against the public. It does not grant immunity from these Terms. The Administration reserves the right to access, review, and remove password-protected content if it is reported for abuse or suspected of violating the law.
  2. Encryption: Users understand that unless they use client-side encryption before pasting, the Administration may technically be able to view the content to ensure compliance with our safety policies.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Copy-Paste.xyz will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies. We reserve the right to report illegal content and disclose available data (including IP addresses and timestamps) to authorities in response to a valid legal request or to prevent immediate harm.

6. User Responsibility & Liability

  1. Sole Responsibility: All content is the sole responsibility of the person who posted it. Copy-Paste.xyz does not monitor all content and does not guarantee its accuracy.
  2. Indemnification: You agree to hold Copy-Paste.xyz and its owners harmless from any claims or legal fees arising from the content you submit.

7. Copyright Policy (DMCA)

We respond quickly to valid copyright removal requests. If your work has been posted without permission, contact us with the specific URL at: support@copy-paste.xyz.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
